About the role

What you’ll do
Own strategy and operations for encounter data submission and reconciliation
Ensure diagnoses are accurately tracked, submitted, and accepted by payers and CMS
Lead compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives
Improve data quality and financial performance
Develop and present key information to executive leadership
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Healthcare Analytics, or Operations
6+ years experience with Medicare Advantage or ACA encounter data processes and risk adjustment
3+ years program/project management with multi-stakeholder initiatives
Working knowledge of X12 837 and CMS EDPS (MAO-002/MAO-004)
Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools
Experience with BPR and chart selection strategies
