EY seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead testing transformation for financial services clients, directing end-to-end testing strategy and execution across platform conversions and finance transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do
Advise financial services clients on transforming application testing
Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution
Ensure quality assurance and issue resolution
Manage test efforts for platform conversion and modernization projects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and approximately 5+ years of relevant experience
7 to 10+ years of experience in a technology organization, preferably financial services, focused on test engineering
Experience leading testing on Life Insurance and Annuities platform conversions
Hands-on experience testing end-to-end Property & Casualty, Life Insurance and Annuities, and/or Finance transformation flows
Deep understanding of software development and QA life cycle processes including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting
Knowledge of one or more tools: Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, CA Agile Central/Rally
