About the role
Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to design, build, and operate EC2 control-plane services in air-gapped cloud environments for government customers. The role owns features end to end and focuses on automation, capacity, monitoring, and operational safety while requiring TS/SCI polygraph clearance.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3+ years of full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Must obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
