About the role
Flex is hiring a hands-on compliance leader to own regulatory advisory across lending and payments products, manage complex product and marketing reviews, and scale AI-enabled compliance workflows with product, engineering, legal, risk, and banking partners.
What you’ll do
Provide hands-on regulatory advisory across lending and payments products
Own complex product and marketing reviews
Apply consumer protection requirements to product guardrails

Translate regulatory requirements into technology-driven review processes
What you’ll need
8+ years in product compliance, compliance advisory, or regulatory risk roles within fintech, lending, payments, banking, or financial services
Hands-on operator who owns complex reviews, documents precisely, and is accountable without a team
Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations for lending and payments
Effective partner to product and engineering teams during development
Daily user of AI tools with experience implementing AI-enabled compliance tooling, automation, or agent-based workflows
Ability to use technology to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of compliance reviews
