About the role
Support day-to-day accounting operations for a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing business, including accounts payable, purchase orders, transaction postings and reconciliations, AR collections, and close, reporting, and audit deadlines.
What you’ll do
Manage accounts payable and purchase orders
Post and reconcile transactions
Support accounts receivable collections
Help meet close, reporting, and audit deadlines
Maintain document-control discipline
Resolve routine issues independently and escalate as needed
What you’ll need
1–3 years accounts payable, accounts receivable/collections, purchase order/procurement support, or transactional accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and month-end/year-end close processes
Familiarity with intercompany transactions, bank postings, and AR collections in a multi-entity environment
Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong accuracy, follow-through, and document-control discipline
