About the role
The AI Product Owner will lead the Intelligent Operations AI roadmap across Operations, Finance, and HR, delivering AI-enabled automation and driving cross-functional adoption, governance, and value measurement.
What you’ll do
Own the Intelligent Operations AI roadmap across Operations, Finance, and HR systems
Lead cross-functional delivery, adoption, governance, and measurement of business value
Transform enterprise processes through AI-enabled automation
Map end-to-end processes and identify automation-ready opportunities
Build ROI cases, run experiments, and measure adoption and value
Influence stakeholders up to executive level without authority
What you’ll need
5–10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in product management or ownership
Hands-on experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives across enterprise functions
Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI (agents/copilots, RAG, LLM integration), and intelligent automation
Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan) and integrating AI/automation via APIs, middleware, or RPA
Strong process orientation and ability to write clear detailed requirements
Background in supply chain, inventory, finance, or enterprise apps
