About the role

What you’ll do
Lead multiple digital asset, blockchain, or fintech consulting engagements
Bridge advisory, business, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders
Lead complex workstreams, teams, and senior client relationships
Advise on digital asset regulatory, governance, risk, and control considerations
Drive proposals, business development, and expansion of client relationships
Apply analytical rigor and sound judgment to complex business and technology decisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, custody and wallet infrastructure, tokenization, and related operating models
Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset & Wealth Management
Ability to bridge advisory, business, and technical discussions
Strong client relationship and business development skills
