About the role
NYC Health + Hospitals seeks a Clinical Business Analyst Level 2 to lead BI dashboard and report design, translating clinical and business needs into data solutions while supporting data quality, compliance, and the organization's data infrastructure for Community Care.
What you’ll do
Leads design and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence assets
Translates clinical and business needs into data solutions
Supports data quality, compliance, and data infrastructure
Gathers and documents business, clinical, and functional requirements
Conducts interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis
Improves reporting and analytics to support Community Care
What you’ll need
Masters degree or advanced clinical degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or Baccalaureate with 3 years of relevant experience
Experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, and/or functional requirements
ETL pipeline design experience
3+ years of business analyst experience including project and product management
Strong interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
