Lead customer invoicing, billing, and cash application operations within Finance Shared Services, overseeing outsourced delivery and driving automation and continuous improvement to support working-capital performance.
What you’ll do
Oversee day-to-day Order-to-Cash operations and performance
Manage outsourced/BPO service delivery and vendor performance
Drive automation and process improvements across invoicing and cash application
Partner with finance and commercial teams to support working-capital performance
Maintain internal controls and compliance across in-house and outsourced operations
Build and manage KPI and scorecard frameworks to monitor performance
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
10–12 years of relevant experience
Deep hands-on Order-to-Cash expertise in invoicing, billing, and cash application
Experience managing outsourced/BPO delivery relationships at scale
Knowledge of SOX 404, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls
Proven ability to build and lead multi-location teams
