About the role
BAE Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Electronic Warfare systems development across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements and modeling through integration, test, and field support. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
What you’ll do
Support Electronic Warfare systems development
Perform requirements engineering activities including analysis, decomposition, derivation, and allocation
Develop system architecture and modeling/simulation
Support system design and development
Conduct system integration and testing
Provide validation and field support
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
2-20+ years of relevant Engineering experience
Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering
Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and/or complex electromechanical products
Experience with systems engineering across the product development lifecycle
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance; active DoD Secret Clearance highly preferred
