5+ years of product management experience
7+ years in development and/or management of durable goods
BA/BS degree required
Demonstrated success driving go-to-market strategy and strategy deployment
Ability to influence and drive consensus across departments and regions with global cross-functional teams across time zones
Willingness and ability to demonstrate and use outdoor power equipment confidently
