What you’ll need
Experience leading cross-functional technical programs in software, platform, AI, or developer tooling
Proven ability to build and lead delivery management teams across distributed organizations
Track record of defining operating models, delivery frameworks, and governance practices
Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategy to outcomes
Experience using metrics and delivery data to improve execution quality
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and portfolio management tools
