About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementation from planning through go-live
• Connect business teams, headquarters, and implementation partners
• Support systems administration and day-to-day technology needs
• Manage projects, timelines, and implementation partners
• Gather requirements, map processes, and document solutions
• Support data migration, testing, and reporting

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Functional Consultant with substantial hands-on Dynamics 365 or another global ERP platform such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience completing at least one full ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and finance processes
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and documentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills and spoken/written Turkish to collaborate directly with headquarters
