About the role
Valar Atomics is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to build and manage the operational infrastructure of its legal function, including cap table, contracts, insurance, compliance, and board support, as the company scales in the nuclear energy sector.
What you’ll do
Build and manage operational infrastructure of the legal function
Own capitalization table and entity governance workstreams
Manage contracts and contract systems
Oversee corporate insurance programs
Implement and support compliance processes
Provide board and stockholder support
What you’ll need
4+ years of legal operations, corporate paralegal, or similar experience
Hands-on cap table management using Carta or Pulley
Experience drafting and managing NDAs and other routine commercial agreements
Entity management and corporate housekeeping across multiple jurisdictions
Experience managing corporate insurance programs and policy renewals
Experience implementing or supporting a contract management system (CMS/CLM)
