About the role

What you’ll do
Lead complex engineering and technical projects from scope definition through final delivery
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customers, and suppliers
Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and project controls
Build trusted customer relationships and manage expectations
Navigate complex project challenges, changes, and contractual requirements
What you’ll need
Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, nuclear, or other technical environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve problems, and drive projects through successful execution
Strong communication skills to coordinate with customers, engineers, production teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; PMP/CAPM certification preferred or willingness to pursue
