What you’ll do
Design, analyze, test, and deliver embedded flight software
Develop spacecraft command, communication, and data management capabilities
Implement fault protection capabilities
Release and maintain real-time embedded software systems for mission-critical aerospace applications
Debug software/hardware interactions and possible failure modes
Develop device drivers and software/hardware interfaces for custom and commercial hardware
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in computer science
5-10 years of embedded software engineering experience
2+ years of recent real-time embedded flight software experience
Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with Rust, Linux, FreeRTOS
Recent experience with IPC mechanisms and device driver development
Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States and ability to obtain a Security Clearance
