About the role

What you’ll do

• Administer and improve critical IT infrastructure
• Ensure reliable and secure systems through daily administration
• Support cybersecurity and modernization projects
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery work
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, cloud, identity, security, and access issues
• Identify risks and recommend improvements using performance data, alerts, audit findings, and security information

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Business Information Systems, or equivalent combination of experience, certifications, and technical education
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise systems administration, server infrastructure, virtualization, Microsoft 365, identity services, endpoint administration, and cybersecurity
• Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, endpoint management tools, backup platforms, and electric cooperative enterprise applications
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
• Knowledge of AI technologies in enterprise IT, including cybersecurity risks, data privacy, secure implementation, governance, and responsible use
