About the role
TransUnion seeks a Program Manager to advise and operationalize the Global Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance organization, developing strategy, metrics, and executive reporting while leading a team to modernize Cyber GRC processes through AI and automation.
What you’ll do
Develop strategies, operating plans, and metrics for the Global Cyber GRC organization
Create governance reporting and executive communications
Lead a small team
Modernize Cyber GRC processes through AI, workflow automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
Support executives with data-driven decision-making
Design and maintain governance reporting frameworks and operating models
What you’ll need
10+ years in cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, governance, controls, technology risk, audit, or related field
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or related discipline
Experience supporting senior executives with strategic planning and operational management
Demonstrated experience leading Cyber GRC, cyber risk, compliance, or governance programs
Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, CIS, FFIEC, PCI DSS, and SOX
Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation tools
