What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Experience leading and developing software engineering or integration teams
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, release management, and software quality
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and coach individuals
Hands-on experience in software development or integration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with WMS, robotics, or industrial automation strongly preferred
