About the role

What you’ll do

• Assess and value new business opportunities
• Provide strategic support to business units and senior management
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial analysis and monitor performance metrics
• Support EVP/Chief Financial Officer board presentation materials
• Propose actions to ensure budget compliance

What you’ll need

• Five years of experience managing an accounting function required; ten years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, financial, or related field required; Master's preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with financial/PC-based accounting systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the nonprofit business environment
• Strong analytical skills to detect variances, gaps, and financial trends
