About the role
ATI seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and support complex programs within its submarine and shipbuilding industrial base portfolio, including program execution, stakeholder engagement, and technical strategy. What you’ll do
Lead complex program execution across the submarine and shipbuilding industrial base portfolio
Drive stakeholder engagement and customer engagement
Provide technical strategy and implementation support
Lead managers and cross-functional teams in a multi-project environment
Manage program and portfolio management activities
Provide operational oversight and staff leadership
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years
Project and process management experience
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, technical report, and stakeholder management skills
Significant experience leading complex government, industrial base, R&D, manufacturing, or technology implementation programs
Demonstrated success leading managers and cross-functional teams
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance
