What you’ll do
Support Agile delivery, sprint execution, and discovery team timelines
Coordinate cross-functional software development activities
Ensure stories and designs are delivered on schedule
Drive end-to-end sprint delivery and timelines
Manage backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution
Provide performance reporting, status updates, and progress tracking
What you’ll need
Experience in Agile/Scrum Framework with hands-on Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management
Experience with Jira / Agile Tools for backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution
Experience executing Discovery process as a Scrum Master
Experience working in Banking/Financial Domain and onsite-offshore model
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty per year of education
