About the role
FDB is seeking a Product Manager to drive AI-enabled EHR and platform capabilities through the full product lifecycle. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate customer, technical, clinical, and regulatory needs into product priorities.
What you’ll do
Manage product capabilities through discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration
Translate customer, technical, clinical, and regulatory needs into product priorities
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives
Use data, user insights, operational feedback, and stakeholder input to guide product decisions
Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to moderately complex or complex product initiatives
What you’ll need
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare IT, EHR, platform, interoperability, or AI-enabled software
Experience managing product capabilities through the full product lifecycle
Strong understanding of customer needs, user research, product requirements, functional specifications, and roadmap management
Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile product development environments
Right to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
