About the role
Superhuman is hiring a Senior Growth Designer to own the web acquisition experience, blending growth strategy, experimentation, and visual design to attract and convert customers from discovery through signup and first use.
What you’ll do
Shape the web acquisition experience from discovery through signup and initial product use
Develop and execute growth experiments that attract and convert customers
Partner with research to develop hypotheses and inform design decisions
Design seamless, beautiful out-of-product to in-product journeys
Elevate web design standards with interactive and motion-based content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage priorities across multiple projects
What you’ll need
7+ years of web and mobile web design experience
Strong visual, graphic, and product design sense
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life
Experience with productized web experiences, interactive web elements, and motion-based web content
Knowledge of growth strategy, user psychology, and conversion optimization
Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in fast-paced environments
