About the role
Pacific Clinics is hiring an IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer to safeguard systems and data while administering Azure and mixed infrastructure across a multi-site behavioral health organization. The role combines security monitoring, vulnerability management, compliance support, and infrastructure administration in a hybrid work environment.
What you’ll do
Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data
Manage the Azure cloud and mixed infrastructure environment
Perform security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response
Support compliance requirements across the organization
Administer Azure, identity and access management, and networking
Provide infrastructure support across a multi-site healthcare environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field and 3+ years of progressive security/IT infrastructure experience
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure compute, storage, networking, and Entra ID in production
Working knowledge of SIEM/EDR, vulnerability management, and incident response processes
Familiarity with IAM concepts including MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege principles
Experience with Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals
Valid California driver's license and insurable driving record
