What you’ll do
Manage software order execution and licensing changes
Resolve complex licensing and system configuration issues
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Finance, IT, and Order Fulfillment
Maintain accurate operational and entitlement records
Investigate issues and drive resolution with limited direction
Improve operational processes and support system testing
What you’ll need
5+ years in order management, software fulfillment, or licensing operations
Experience managing complex software licensing or entitlement changes
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and detail-oriented skills
Experience with an ERP or order management system
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, license provisioning platforms, or integrated order-to-cash workflows
