What you’ll do
Manage the Enterprise Technology budget and forecast
Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and true-ups
Track headcount and prepare leadership reporting
Serve as point of contact for Finance, Sourcing, and leadership
Build processes and reporting to inform spending and operational decisions
What you’ll need
12+ years in technology business operations, technology finance, vendor management, or equivalent engineering organization role
At least 3 years managing a multi-million dollar software and services budget
Experience running annual budget and monthly forecast with variance analysis and Finance reconciliation
Experience managing a vendor contract portfolio including renewals, negotiation support, and SOWs
Working knowledge of SaaS licensing models and cloud cost management
Experience with Coupa or comparable procure-to-pay and contract management systems
