About the role
Plaid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the self-serve customer funnel, drive acquisition and revenue efficiency through experimentation, and improve coordination between self-serve and sales-assisted growth.
What you’ll do
Own and optimize the self-serve customer funnel
Drive acquisition and revenue efficiency
Build upsell and cross-sell motions
Improve coordination between self-serve and sales-assisted growth
Use analytics and experimentation to inform decisions
Partner with Web, Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) at a B2B or API-first company
Strong analytical and funnel-optimization skills
Track record partnering effectively with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing)
Experience building acquisition motions for SMB
Excellent communication skills
