About the role

What you’ll do
Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
Track risk trends and analyze claims data
Support regulatory compliance and workplace safety programs
Manage insurance requirements and certificates of insurance
Collaborate across teams to reduce workplace injuries and financial exposure
Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Occupational Safety, HR, Insurance, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in risk management, workers' compensation, insurance, claims administration, or occupational safety
Hands-on experience managing workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
Knowledge of OSHA 300/300A recordkeeping and workplace safety regulations
Experience analyzing claims data, identifying risks, and recommending improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel and reporting skills
