About the role
Pura seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead execution across its consumer hardware portfolio, driving schedules, cross-functional coordination, and vendor partnerships from concept to mass production.
What you’ll do
Drive execution across the hardware device portfolio
Own integrated schedules and critical-path management
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies
Manage vendor, JDM/ODM, and contract manufacturer relationships
Track risks and drive mitigation
Communicate program status to technical and executive audiences
What you’ll need
7+ years of program management experience in consumer hardware or connected devices
Deep experience with hardware NPI lifecycle and phase gates (EVT, DVT, PVT)
Proven track record coordinating JDM/ODM partners, contract manufacturers, and vendors
Mastery of integrated scheduling, dependency mapping, risk management, and status reporting
Strong technical fluency across hardware disciplines and excellent cross-functional communication
Experience with IoT/smart-home devices, wearables, and manufacturing/supply-chain processes
