About the role

What you’ll do
Provide day-to-day application support for Workday
Resolve user issues and track issues
Participate in system testing and implementation activities
Document processes and coordinate changes

What you’ll need
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
No prior professional Workday or ERP experience required for level I
Foundational understanding of accounting, financial operations, budgeting, purchasing, or grants
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written communication, and customer service skills
Comfort with spreadsheets, data accuracy, and learning enterprise software
For level II: two or more years of relevant experience in enterprise application support, business analysis, or ERP/HRIS
