What you’ll do
Build and improve database integrations with ecosystem products
Scale Change Streams and change data capture capabilities
Develop observability features for diagnostics and operational insights

Deliver operational insights through time series metrics and dashboards
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in software development and/or performance engineering
Experience with large backend/compiled codebases such as Rust or C/C++
Solid computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design architecture
Strong interest in database internals, query engines, and distributed systems architecture
Experience with observability tooling such as time series metrics and dashboards
Hands-on experience or an advanced degree like M.Sc./Ph.D. in databases is a plus
