About the role
IBM is hiring a leader to own delivery and growth of its Oracle Cloud Distribution consulting portfolio, combining executive advisory, go-to-market strategy, and complex Oracle Cloud transformation delivery. The role requires deep Supply Chain and Distribution expertise and a record of selling and delivering multi-million-dollar engagements.
What you’ll do
Lead delivery and growth of the Oracle Cloud Distribution consulting portfolio
Provide executive client advisory and influence C-level stakeholders
Drive business development, complex pursuits, and RFP responses
Develop GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership
Lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements
Drive transformational sales cycles, practice growth, and partner collaboration
What you’ll need
15+ years in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Distribution
Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs
Experience leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations
Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level client stakeholders
Business Transformation and Hybrid Cloud expertise, with Enterprise Architect experience highly preferred
Ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship
