About the role

What you’ll do
Support pharmacy quality initiatives across Commercial and Medicare lines of business
Perform performance analytics and measure outcomes
Manage programs related to pharmacy quality performance
Incorporate member experience insights into improvements
Prepare executive reporting on quality results
Identify opportunities for member-centered improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with intermediate to advanced pharmacy data knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
