What you’ll need
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
15+ years of engineering experience with leadership of complex multidisciplinary hardware/software products
12+ years of management experience leading senior engineering managers across multiple sites
Technical depth in several areas such as high-speed digital hardware, embedded firmware/RTOS, FPGA, ASIC, Linux, and cybersecurity
Experience leading products from architecture through integration, verification, manufacturing, commercial release, and sustaining
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
