About the role
Cerebras seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst to lead enterprise business transformations across process, technology, data, and controls, partnering with stakeholders on requirements, solution design, and implementation. The role requires deep enterprise systems experience, technical fluency, and a hybrid presence in the Bay Area.
What you’ll do
Lead process analysis and requirements definition
Design enterprise solutions and drive implementation
Manage testing, UAT, and release readiness
Ensure controls, SOX, and compliance in system changes
Drive continuous improvement across enterprise domains
Partner with business and technical stakeholders
What you’ll need
Proven experience in a senior Business Systems Analyst or comparable enterprise-systems role
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end business transformations
Strong functional depth in enterprise domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, People, or Legal
Hands-on experience with ERP and adjacent business platforms
Strong command of business-analysis practices including process modeling, UAT, and release readiness
Ability to maintain a hybrid presence in the Bay Area
