About the role
SunStrong Management seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for its residential solar customer-facing mobile and web products, consolidating legacy apps into a self-service experience covering care, payments, field service, and energy monitoring. The role requires deep native mobile product experience, analytical rigor, and proven ability to migrate users across platforms.
What you’ll do
Own vision, roadmap, and execution for homeowner-facing mobile and web applications
Unify and evolve legacy applications into a cohesive self-service experience
Deliver customer self-service for care, payments, field service, and energy-system monitoring
Manage product lifecycle end to end from discovery through launch and iteration
Define success metrics and drive product analytics and experimentation
Lead cross-functional initiatives to completion without formal authority
What you’ll need
6+ years in product management owning consumer-facing software end to end
3+ years owning native iOS and Android applications in production
Experience with transactional consumer flows such as account management, payments or billing, and customer support
Experience migrating, consolidating, or sunsetting applications or platforms
Experience in solar, distributed energy, utilities, telecom, or another business with a large installed base and field service component
