What you’ll need
12+ years of project/program management leadership experience
6+ years managing end-to-end M&A financial integrations and growth programs in enterprise SaaS or cloud
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred
Proven ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders
Skilled at balancing agile execution with robust governance
Understanding of financial cycles, internal controls (SOX), tax structures, and revenue recognition
