About the role
Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for the roadmap of InterSystems' healthcare interoperability portfolio, translating standards and regulatory requirements into product features and leading AI-native interoperability capabilities from concept to launch.
What you’ll do
Owning the roadmap for the healthcare interoperability portfolio
Translating HL7/FHIR/X12 standards and regulatory requirements into product features
Leading customer discovery and competitive analysis
Guiding AI-native interoperability capabilities from concept through launch
Driving product strategy and managing cross-functional delivery teams
Communicating effectively with executive and engineering audiences
What you’ll need
7+ years technical product management in healthcare IT with focus on interoperability
Working-level expertise in HL7 V2.x, FHIR R4, CDA/C-CDA, SMART on FHIR, and X12 EDI
Experience with healthcare data transformations (e.g., HL7 V2 to FHIR)
Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech) and TEFCA/QHIN workflows
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration engines (Health Connect, Rhapsody, Mirth)
Programming skills (Python/Java) for prototyping FHIR API calls and design reviews
