15+ years in enterprise technology
Senior technical role such as CTO, Chief Architect, Field CTO, or Distinguished Engineer at a B2B SaaS company or large enterprise IT organization
Deep knowledge of ITSM/ESM and IT operations including ServiceNow, Jira SM, or BMC
Hands-on AI depth in LLMs, RAG, agent architectures, MCP, evaluation, and AI security/governance
Production-quality coding in Python, TypeScript, or similar plus API work
Executive presence with G2000 CIOs and CISOs and experience influencing seven-figure enterprise deals
