What you’ll need
Deep expertise in workflow design, process transformation, and operating model architecture
Track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
Exceptional communication and influence skills
Hands-on fluency with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical experience with generative AI and prompt engineering
