About the role
Confluent Health is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance workforce technology, primarily UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM, by resolving escalated system issues, delivering enhancements, and driving reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
What you’ll do
Resolve escalated system and data issues
Deliver system enhancements
Support reporting, analytics, and data quality
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience
Build strong working relationships across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT
Manage complex priorities, support requests, and projects
What you’ll need
3+ years supporting HR technology, HRIS, workforce management, or payroll systems
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with system implementations and troubleshooting workforce technology solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and lookup functions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Experience with AI Technologies, Power BI, Power Query, Excel Macros/VBA, and SQL
