About the role
InRhythm is hiring a Lead Consultant to evaluate enterprise AI-driven software delivery systems, investigating AI agent workflows, conducting controlled experiments, measuring performance, and presenting evidence-based findings to client stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Evaluate enterprise AI-driven software delivery systems
Investigate AI agent workflows and agent-based pipelines
Conduct controlled experiments to measure delivery performance
Present evidence-based findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
Connect technical findings to broader business outcomes
Build trust and working relationships with engineers and stakeholders
What you’ll need
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agent-based delivery pipelines
Strong ability to review code in Go and Java, TypeScript, or Python
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise applications
Experience measuring delivery performance with DORA metrics
Familiarity with AI governance and security controls for AI agents
