About the role
Coastal is hiring a Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, overseeing program planning, stakeholder relationships, risk management, and client adoption. The role manages large cross-functional teams and drives key program metrics toward successful delivery.
What you’ll do
Lead program planning and execution for enterprise Salesforce implementations
Manage stakeholder relationships with clients and internal teams
Drive risk management and resource coordination across the program
Oversee adoption and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions
Maintain key program metrics including forecast accuracy and profitability
Guide roadmap items and support scopes of work with Engagement Manager/Director
What you’ll need
10+ years of PMO experience and 3+ years as a Program Manager
5+ years of consulting experience
SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master certification required
Experience managing $2M+ programs and 10+ team members
Salesforce project implementation experience
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
