About the role
Anthropic is hiring an Accounting Analytics & BI Engineer to establish analytics engineering and BI capabilities for its Accounting organization, building data models, pipelines, dashboards, and AI-powered automation to support financial reporting and operations.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain data models, pipelines, dashboards, and applications
Support financial reporting and operations
Develop AI-powered accounting automation
Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams to drive business outcomes
What you’ll need
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with data modeling and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex, Streamlit)
Experience designing self-serve analytics experiences for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
