About the role
Scale AI is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer to lead multi-cloud infrastructure, deployment standards, and observability for secure, scalable agentic AI workflows, while driving engineering efficiency and compliance across the enterprise.
What you’ll do
Lead design and implementation of multi-cloud infrastructure
Define deployment standards
Build observability platforms for secure, reliable, and scalable agentic AI workflows
Improve engineering efficiency and developer tooling
Ensure compliance, security, and access management in enterprise environments
What you’ll need
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
Deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC (e.g., Terraform, Helm Charts), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of security and compliance in enterprise environments, focusing on access management, data isolation, and customer-specific VPC setups
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
