What you’ll do
Own payments and RCM products and workflows
Improve payment collection and reconciliation
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Finance, Risk, and GTM teams
Translate operational workflows into product requirements
Use data to prioritize investments and measure results
Conduct customer discovery and turn insights into product decisions
What you’ll need
4+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products
Meaningful product experience in healthcare payments, payment technology, PMS/EHR, or RCM
Strong understanding of complex operational workflows and translating them into product requirements
Experience working with Engineering and Design on technically complex products or integrations
Ability to understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations for informed product decisions
Experience with payment reconciliation and healthcare payment workflows
