About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead operational performance across SUD treatment service lines
• Oversee provider coverage and facility relationships
• Manage financial accountability, budgets, and staffing costs
• Ensure service readiness and lead operational transitions
• Partner with clinical, HR, Credentialing, and Finance teams
• Manage performance metrics and competing divisional priorities

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations experience leading teams and multiple facilities, accounts, or service lines
• Experience leading physician and advanced practice provider services and managing facility leadership relationships
• Experience managing budgets, staffing costs, performance metrics, and operational transitions
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or healthcare management software
