What you’ll do
Translate agency needs into buildable requirements
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
3+ years as a business analyst on ServiceNow implementations
Domain experience in SAM, ITOM/CMDB & Discovery, or CAM
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile
Working knowledge of CSDM and ITIL practices
Relevant certification such as ServiceNow CIS/CSA, ITIL 4, CBAP/CCBA, or IAITAM
