About the role
Qualus is hiring a Director to lead its geospatial service line, overseeing strategy, operations, technical performance, and financial results while expanding client relationships and integrating geospatial capabilities with engineering services.
What you’ll do
Lead geospatial service line strategy, operations, technical performance, financial results, and team development
Oversee geospatial data acquisition and delivery workflows
Integrate geospatial capabilities with engineering services
Drive client relationships and business development growth
Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and operational planning
Ensure technical performance and operational planning across geospatial projects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Sciences, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Engineering, Remote Sensing, Aviation, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive experience in geospatial services, surveying, aerial mapping, remote sensing, LiDAR, UAS, or infrastructure markets
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical operations, multidisciplinary teams, business units, or service lines
Demonstrated experience supporting electric utility, power delivery, transportation, construction, environmental, or infrastructure projects
Experience managing financial performance, project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and operational planning; proven client relationship and business development skills
Working knowledge of FAA regulations and safety requirements; valid driver's license
